Камчатки. Включенные в анализ выборки образовали несколько генетически обособленных групп: «оз. Азабачье» (ранняя и поздняя), «верхнее течение р. Камчатки», «среднее течение р. Камчатки». На долю межгрупповой компоненты молекулярного разнообразия приходится 1,83%, что превосходит дисперсию между выборками внутри групп (0,56%).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Allelfic varfiabfilfity of ten mficrosatellfite locfi of sockeye salmon (Ots107, Okfi1a, Okfi1b, One104, One109, OtsG68, Omm1037, Okfi6, Ots100, Ots2) fin the basfin of Kamchatka Rfiver was examfined. The samples analyzed have demonstrated several genetfic-dfistfinct groups: of “Azabachye Lake” (early and late), of “the upper part of Kamchatka Rfiver”, of “the mfiddle part of Kamchatka Rfiver”.
